Very clean, most affordable apartments in south Howard area. I have had a few things go wrong with the apartment and maintenance was always out the next day. Pool is really nice and well landscaped. One bad gripe is limited parking for guest but it is a small parking lot and I understand how they need to give priority to the people living here.
