Program Overview
Trillium Apartments is proud to offer a Preferred Employer Program (PEP) designed to support first responders, healthcare workers, and employees of select major corporations in our community. Qualified applicants will receive their administration fee credited back at move-in.Eligibility
The following groups are eligible for the Preferred Employer Program:- Active-Duty Military
- Police Officers
- Firefighters
- EMTs/Paramedics
- Registered Nurses (RNs, LPNs, BSNs)
- Employees of approved partner organizations listed below
Program Benefits
- Administration fee credited back at move-in.
- Available for new applicants only.
- One credit per lease; not stackable with other admin-fee promotions.
- Lease term must be 12 months or longer.
- Move-in must occur within 60 days of application.
- Proof of employment accepted: pay stub (within 30 days), HR letter, or active badge.

How to Redeem
- Apply for an apartment home at Trillium Apartments.
- Provide proof of employment (badge, HR letter, or recent paystub).
- Upon lease countersignature and move-in, the administration fee will be credited back to your ledger.
